When Stress Strikes, Call the StressBusters
Stressed out about school, friends, home or just life? The StressBusters are a special team of peer educators trained in the impact and management of stress. They channel the power of biofeedback, meditation and relaxation exercises to help you with your, physical mental and emotional health.
What do the StressBusters do?
The StressBusters are available to the UCR community to present stress management and relaxation workshops, as well as provide interactive tabling events. Presentations are tailored to meet the needs of your group and here's the best part: StressBusters come to you! The StressBusters present in campus offices, classrooms, residence halls and during club meetings.
