StressBusters Peer Educator Program

The Counseling Center StressBusters are peer educators trained in the impact and management of stress.

StressBusters are available to the UCR community to do presentations and relaxation workshops in various settings (offices, classrooms, residence halls, club meetings, etc.). StressBusters can tailor their information to meet the needs of your group!
