TEN DAYS TO SELF ESTEEM

If so, you will benefit from this innovative program developed by David D. Burns, M.D., a clinical psychiatrist and one of the country's foremost authorities on mood and relationship problems.
In ten sessions, you will receive systematic training in techniques that can help you change the way you think, feel, and behave.
Groups designed for graduate students and undergraduate students will be offered.
